Two employees from PMG Mining Company and Rainbow Minerals in Singapore were trained to operate an excavator. The big machine is used mainly for digging, lifting, and carrying out various tasks. It primarily consists of a boom, dipper, bucket, and cab.
Mercia Mmolawa and Nicholas Sheung went on a four-day training session to master the craft of this heavy machine, at Bishop Mine in South Africa. Sheung traveled from Rainbow Minerals in Singapore to undergo the training. Rainbow Minerals is headquartered in Singapore, with PMG Mining Company a subsidiary in South Africa. Both mines specialize in the investment and trading of mines and minerals.
Mmolawa and Sheung were thrilled to be upskilled and set their career goals upward. After an intense four days of training, the duo were tested on their knowledge about the excavator.
