Bishop Mine

Location: 36 kilometres away from Postmasburg, Northern Cape, 630 kilometres to southwest of Johannesburg, 200 kilometres away from Kimberly, capital of Northern Cape and City of Diamond, located in Postmasburg-Kalahari manganese belt, one of two manganese belts in South Africa, with the altitude of 1300 meters above the sea level. The nearby highway can reach to Postmasburg and Cape Town, and the railways to 1000km-distance Port Durban, Port Elizbeth and Port Nolloth are available as well.
